ISKON movement supporting their refugees from 2014 Donbas war up until today. There are several ways to help Ukraine without spending money:
Raise awareness: Spread the word about Ukraine and the challenges it faces. Share news stories, articles, or social media posts that shed light on the issues Ukraine is dealing with.
Volunteer: If you have time and skills, consider volunteering for organizations that support Ukraine. Look for volunteer opportunities online or contact local Ukrainian organizations.
Advocate: Contact your elected officials and ask them to support Ukraine. Write letters or sign petitions advocating for policies that benefit Ukraine.
Cultural exchange: Learn about Ukrainian culture and share your own culture with Ukrainians. Engage in cultural exchange through social media, pen-pals, or exchange programs.
Support Ukrainian businesses: Buy Ukrainian products or support Ukrainian businesses. This can help boost the Ukrainian economy and create jobs.
Remember, even small actions can make a difference. Whatever you can do to support Ukraine and its people is appreciated.
